if you're going to create an cs_ map would you use the same kind of goals on the original CS ?
i mean we gotta rescue the hostages?

i tried lol, spent a long time trying, it turns out that the only thing i can use for hostages are some bots inside the singleplayer game

the singleplayer and the multiplayer version of chaser full were made in different coding languages, i would need a programme that converts the bots from single to multi, it would need to be a dos programme and this doesnt exist, so i'm afraid all that i can do for things like that is just team elimination

i can however have bombs where law breakers plant the bomb and government forces defuse them

maps are still fun and good without hostages, even still, someone figured out how to convert 1.50 textures to 1.49 and created an xor dos programme, it would be much harder to get bots from single, and u must programme them to stay when u press enter and to follow you when u press enter again, its rly too difficult

If u add bots in multiplayer, and kill them, not only the host, but your chaser too will be quit ^^

no, i wasnt talkind about bots that can kill you, i'm talking of bots used as hostages, where u press enter and they follow u back to your base, i'll try do it, wont be easy

I tried to put some bots into one of my MP maps as actors in cutscenes.
And they were counted as players, so I think if you have to much Bots server is always full^^

And Schaf means Bots, that were killes by a player.

i just discovered this thread :spot:

some of your maps look really good. i like maps that dont look too unnatural or unreal, yours are well textured.

maybe i will run some of your maps on our server, along with other unofficial maps. im still looking for someone who can convert the doommap .fs data into normal .cew maps, so that they will work on our server. maybe you can do that?

i think i will update the server mappack, delete all those maps that dont get played anyway, and add some of yours (if you allow) and will add a big link to your side on our page ;)
