Cap (not |"cap"|)
he fakes other player to destroy his name ingame, if u see him tk him, we cant suport player like this...

are you sure its "cap" instead of "cab" ? because if its cab, he will hack if you tk him ..

it gves 2 caps... one who play with |"-cap-"| and the other one calls Cap i dunno about the other one about using hack but i think he dont... he only fakes playaz
